What is the point system?
The point system is a method used within the <NCA> to avoid fast promotions due to the fact that if everyone is getting over promoted then it looks like it is easy to rank up.
How does the point system work?
Well, how the point system works is a higher ranking member will give the person they planned on promoting a point which will be put into their motto's I.E. <NCA> HQ Sup [+1] <SA>. In this case the "[+1]" is the amount of points they have gained before they can go up a rank.
How many points do we need before we can go up a rank?
Depending on where you are within the ranking system it varies; here is the amount of points required:
Standard: N/A
Trainers: +3
Security: +3
High Rank: +5
Junior Management: +6
Upper Management: +6
Internal Affairs: +7
Office of Administration: +7
Owner: +8
Presidential: +10
